We have been enjoying the slower days of winter. Honestly, it’s been the snowiest January in sooo long!

A few years ago we started Fancy Dinner with our kids. Around Valentine’s Day we make a fancy dinner, it usually involves steak, a fun dessert, letting the kids have a special drink and lighting candles while we eat dinner.
I’m so excited to include Esabella this year!
The fall and winter holidays end up running together and this gives us an opportunity to sit with our kids and have a genuine time together, just us.
Something about that one day really makes the time leading up to and after feel so fancy and special. I suggest you pick a day, doesn’t have to be around Valentine’s Day, just any day will work and have yourselves a Fancy dinner.
