Hello Friends,

What a wonderful spring we are having. The daffodils are almost finished, the tulips are still putting on a show and I have started to enjoy the alliums I planted last fall.Our broiler chicks got moved outside, the cows are now on pasture and weaning from babies, the steers were sent off to the butcher and our babies from the incubator are doing great in the brooder box.

I finally got some spring veggies in the ground and look forward to spending many days soon getting more planted.I wanted to take a minute to thank everyone that has made a purchase from us this past month. I have almost sold all my first copies of The Simple Homestead! I appreciate the support as I learn how to put a book together and the finishing touches that requires.
