You bill pay remainder of bill before pickup. 1/4 beef is $3.89 per lb.
The estimated hanging weight for 1/4 beef is between 175 and 193.75 lbs. You will receive around 100 pounds of beef for 1/4 of a cow.
The estimated price will be between $680.75 and $753.69 plus processing fees.
Today you will deposit $150.00.
You will be able to fill your freezer with steaks, roasts, ground beef, meat for stew and specialty cuts like brisket.
Orders are typically ready for pickup 14-21 days after initial processing date. You will be notified when your order is ready for pickup.
This order will close February 28, 2025.
We will then open another round for preorders in the Fall of 2025. That will have a processing date of April 2026.
