* 1 whole beef preorders for cows sent to butcher Spring 2026.
*Price will be calculated by hanging weight.
Price includes processing/cut & wrap fee. Processing done at TBD (waiting on a call back). Buyer will call butcher to give a cut order. This cost will be added to your total bill. You bill pay remainder of bill before pickup. Pickup will be arranged from butcher. They will call you when the processing is finished and ready for pickup.
1 whole beef is $4.25 per lb.
The estimated hanging weight for 1 whole beef is between 700 and 750 lbs. You will receive around 400 pounds of beef for 1 cow.
The estimated price will be between $2,975 and $3,187.50 plus processing fees (around 0.69/pound).
Today you will deposit $600.00.
You will be able to fill your freezer with steaks, roasts, ground beef, meat for stew and specialty cuts like brisket.
Orders are typically ready for pickup 14-21 days after initial processing date. You will be notified when your order is ready for pickup.
We will open preorders in the Spring of 2026, with a processing date of Fall 2026.
