When I think of baking cookies as a kid, snowball cookies come to mind! Now I get to share this fun tradition with our kids!
Thanks to our orange kitchenaidusa Ultra Power Mixer and our Magic Bullet nutribullet , these cookies came together in a flash.
A couple bonus points for this recipe is that it takes 0 eggs and you can use pecans or walnuts, whatever kind of nuts you have on hand.
(I like to keep my nuts in the freezer, it helps them from going stail before I’m ready to use the whole bag!)
